Project Overview
The Timber Lane development consists of ten new traditionally built dwellings located within the historic and picturesque Woburn Village — a popular tourist destination. The project includes a mix of two and three-bedroom homes, all with garages, along with associated external works, services, a new road, and landscaped surroundings.
Duration & Scale
The project comprised the construction of 10 new homes, delivered as part of an exclusive and community-focused development in partnership with the Duke of Bedfordshire.
Scope of Works
The works included the complete construction and finishing of each new dwelling, along with all supporting infrastructure and external elements:
- Construction of two and three-bedroom traditionally built homes
- Installation of garages for each property
- Creation of new road access and associated services
- Landscaping and external works throughout the development
- Integration of design elements to complement the character of Woburn Village
