FSG Build was created to focus on the management and distribution of commercial and domestic building projects for their customers, delivering high quality and sustainable building projects across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
Our Range of Services
FSG Build works in partnership with registered providers and local authorities to provide cost-effective and sustainable housing, in order to deliver a wide range of residential new-build projects from small infill garage sites, to affordable housing and mixed tenure schemes to high-end luxury residences.
We have a proven track record of managing complex development projects with challenging timescales and site constraints on time, on budget and to high standards of quality. We have delivered projects through various procurement methods including partnering, traditional contracting, early contractor involvement in addition to design and build. Regardless of the contractual arrangement, we aim to develop collaborative working relationships with our clients and work with them from an early stage to advise on construction methods, sustainability and innovative solutions.
From Concept to Creation
Our service is flexible to meet the requirements of developers and we have the capability to take on individual work packages through to full turnkey construction projects. A large proportion of work is delivered in-house and we also have a network of trusted and approved subcontractors to deliver civil engineering, infrastructure, substructure, superstructure, M&E, internal fit-out, external works and landscaping.
Our in-house experts can take your project from initial concept to completion, including liaising with building control and planning departments to obtain all permissions and approvals. During construction, we will keep you informed at every stage and when the build is complete, we provide a full handover and aftercare service to ensure your new home is finished to your complete satisfaction, including insurance backed guarantees and defects liability.
Comprehensive Project Management
FSG Build provides a fully comprehensive project management service, including all stakeholder engagement and resident liaison and responsibilities under CDM. Our experienced site managers and new build manager will work with your teams to deliver the project on-time, on budget and to specification.
Our in-house Customer Liaison Officers can assist in the handover process and we also provide a comprehensive, insurance backed warranty and aftercare service via our in-house maintenance teams.
